Japanese auto supplier Maruyasu Industries pleads guilty to U.S. antitrust violations

Japanese supplier Maruyasu Industries will pay a $12 million fine after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges related to price fixing, bid rigging and distribution of steel tubes.
