Tavares entrusts PSA's U.S. return to an ally

Carlos Tavares, fresh from his acquisition of Opel/Vauxhall, is moving ahead on his vow to put PSA back into the U.S. market. But Larry Dominique, named to head the return, says the company won’t rush.
