Nissan names Saikawa CEO, president; Ghosn to remain chairman

Hiroto Saikawa will become president and CEO of Nissan Motor Co., with Carlos Ghosn remaining chairman of the carmaker, effective April 1, the company said Thursday in Tokyo.
